Try resetting everything. The first step is to Start the GPS unit, while it is starting (when the screen turns on) hold your finger in the lower left corner. It will then prompt you to open in maint. mode. Select yes, and go through the menus by selecting next. When a third option is shownsuch as reset, select it. Reset everything including deleting your saved addresses, you will loose all of your saved info but it should start working again.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a Garmin 550. When I take a route that I like and try to save it to my computer, it shows a more direct route. Is there a way to save the route that I just took?

Some other brands of GPS do this easier. And actually learn local driving habits...But on the Garmin, put a waypoint or two along the desired route. The Garmin chooses roads and local knowledge outweighs that, in my opinion.

How to reroute my desination i am looking for

From browsing the manual (page 20) for your Garmin nüvi 350, it looks like you will be able to do this by creating the route in MapSource, saving it as a GPX file, and then loading it to your nuvi on an SD flash memory card.

The Nuvi 350 doesn't support custom routes. You can create waypoints (or custom POIs) for each location and manually pick waypoints as you travel, but there is no way link all the points together into a route. While you can upload a GPX file to it, it won't contain the route, just waypoints. When you pick a waypoint and tell the 350 to take you there, it's going to calculate the route based on the settings (ie, vehicle type, shortest distance, etc). It won't follow a predetermined route.

from the main menu select FIND. Select WAYPOINTS, press the menu button ( bottom on LHS of unit) Select DELETE from the menu, choose what you want to delete ( e.g blue flag waypoints) and hit the enter button ( rocker on front unit). Good luck !

I keep getting memory full message and route waypoints full on nuvi 610/660

The Navigator memory card will come with the a countrie's maps. Maybe you need to take the memory card into the computer and download more maps. Also try to erase the nt middle east location and start over.

Memory full is being displayed when i try to go to a new destination and when i try to delete a favourite the unit turns off.

Garmin nuvi 610 T
memory full was being displayed on screen whilst on destination ,sometimes followed by route waypoint memory full .

I found by turning unit off , then holding finger on top left of screen ,and at the same time turning back on again the unit would go into maintenance mode.
Follow prompts on screen to reset waypoint memory.
Mine works as good as gold now, hope this helps!
