Question about Kitchen Appliances - Others

Have a corning ware countertop electric skillet. I need the skillet part. This particular item originally came with three parts. The bottom which is a seperate piece of corningware that heats up, the pan that cooks the food, and the lid. Bottom has electric run to it and temp setting all in one. The pan sits on this bottom and is removeable to allow just placing the skillet on the table for serving. The size has to be exact to be held securely on the heater. Skillet is square w/rounded corners and about 12"x12". Any leads on obtaining one would be nice

I have become the owner of a Corningware Electromatic Skillet, model P-12-ES, but have just the heating plate. My Corning browning dish fits on it perfectly. Can I use the browning dish? I lost the instructions for it many years ago.

In addition to what was said in the previous answer, EBay often sells plenty of the Corningware "skillet" casseroles. Usually is it best if the dish has a flat bottom as most of the Corningware casseroles produced in the 1980-90's had. Often the dishes will be referred to as the 10-inch models, even though the measurements from handle to handle is 12 inches. I hope this helps.

I think the poster is talking about an item called Corning Electromatic Skillet. These Corning Ware skillets can be found all over the internet like Ebay. The part that sits on the warming area part is not called a skillet but a casserole. Look for one that is 12" by 12". Comes in many patterns also. If interested here is a site that has one available. http://SEWWHATSNEW47.blujay.com just search for Corning Electromatic skillet on that store. I think this is what the poster is talking about.

Yes it does. Also, when the lid is removed the light will turn back on again, until temp is reached.

Need a lid for the electric skillet corning ware

In addition to the previous replies, on EBay one can easily purchased the glass covers. Also the World Kitchen website, and other vintage places sell Corningware glass lids. Generally speaking the "skillet" casserole was a 10-inch casserole, and that would be about the size of the lid. Usually the lids matched the dish, and on the bottom or handle of the dish there would a model number. The model number would lead you toward the corresponding glass lid.

Need replacement cord for corning ware E1210 percolator

Since the Corning Ware electric percolators are no longer made, you can find good used replacement cords and other parts on eBay. That's where I go to complete all my pots.

I'm looking for one skillet power control for Rena Ware fry electric pan Cat. 17530

Rena Ware Electric Skillets use the same control as West Bend WB-1 . The back of the Rena Ware Control does say WB-1. Mine is 1500 watt.
You can find the WB-1 eBay for various prices. A generic heat control will probably work as well if it is the same wattage. I have a Saladmaster control that also works for this skillet.1_26_2012_12_42_14_am.jpg

Need power cord for corningware broil, bake tray Model P-54 and for the P-35-B tray Thanks

The Corning Ware P-35B bake broil tray is for use inside your oven or broiler. It can also be used inside your microwave. It is made out of the same material as regular Corning Ware bake ware and may also be used on top of the range. This is not an electrical part and should not have a connection for a cord. Corning Ware did make hot plates. Is this what you are seeking a cord for?

Power cord for corning ware perolater model E1210

The electric Corning Ware pots are no longer made, so to find parts, such as the power cord, go to eBay. The model #E1210 uses a unique Corning Ware cord, so don't buy the standard looking percolator cords, as they only fit the early 60's models. It should look like the cord in the photo below.
