I don't have any software. My daughter gave me the camera and the dock. Do you know where I can buy that? I'm assuming on the website I could purchase...

Okay, Mike...I downloaded the software like you said. Now, how do I get the pictures I've saved on my laptop to print with my dock? Because I found a USB cord that fits the computer and the dock, does that mean it will work? The pictures I have saved are ones from other people's cameras, where they gave me a disc with the photos and I saved them to my laptop. Thanks so much for your help.

You should be able to download all the installation and printing software required from:

http://wwwuk.kodak.com/global/en/service/software/easyshare/en/dln_ekn026079.jhtml?pq-path=4509

I hope this provides the solution you seek

First of all you need to check that your laptop "recognises" the dock when you plug it into your laptop.

If it does, then all you need to do is open the Easyshare program and open a picture from the folder where you keep them.

You should have various options in Easyshare on what size, quality etc you want to print in.

When you are happy with your selection, just hit "Print".

    Good luck.

Only top half of the photo is printed on Easyshare printer dock series 3

This usually represents a communication issue...
It could be between the doc and the printer (try a new USB cable) or it could be in the printer dock itself - if so, you would want to call Kodak to get a repair if they still repair them or maybe they have an upgrade path.

Easy share kodak dock 3

Yes you can, but you need an appropriate USB cable----takes a regular USB type A on one end and a USB type MINI B (but NOT MICRO) on the other end. Kodak has one for 25 bucks. Stop at your local WalMart and pay 15 bucks or order it from Walmart.com for under 5 bucks (plus shipping of less than 3 bucks):

Just got a cable for similar use myself......Happy printing.

The g 610 printer is not recognized by my computer and therefore I am unable to print photos from my files.

We had the USB port in upside down on the printer (go figure)! Once we reversed the USB cord and updated the software using the Kodak trouble shooting site,my computer added the new printer.

But we were still unable to print from the Kodak easy share, but were able to print from Adobe Photo shop.

Thanks for responding.

Easyshare printer dock seris 3

TRY THIS
UNPLUG POWER CORD/USB TO COMPUTER IN BACK OF DOCK.TAKE OUT PAPER TRAY.
LIFT DOCK (LOOK INSIDE (DEEP INSIDE AND SEE IF YOU SEE THE CARTRIDGE FILM ON A STEEL ROLLER,WRAPPED AROUND IT.)A FLASHLIGHT MIGHT HELP IN THAT STEP).
IF CARTRIDGE IS WRAPPED AROUND TAKE TO SERVICE PROVIDER(I TRIED TO FIX IT LIKE THAT AND IT WAS A HASSEL)
IF NOT WRAPPED AROUND GO TO CARTRIDGE OPEN DOOR/LIFTGREEN TAB UP.SHOULD EJECT(IF NOT TRY A BUTTER KNIFE AND PRY UNDER SLIVER DOT)NOT HARD BUT WITH ALITTLE FORCE SHOULD POP OUT.
REMEMBER TO LIFT GREEN TAB WHILE PRYING.
IF STILL STUCK MAY BE STUCK IN PRINT MODE
THATS BEYOND ME. GOOD LUCK.
