How to delete youtube comments you made?
Click the "Browse Videos" tab under the name of the channel and then click the "Comments" link to view all channel comments. Locate the comment that you wish to delete and hover your cursor over the comment. A small flag icon and a small "X" icon appear in the top right corner of the comment.
Log onto the account from which you uploaded the video.
Click the thumbnail near the Upload button on the top right corner of the page. > Creator studio > open Video Manager from the panel on the left. > find the video you want to delete > click on the drop down arrow next to Edit.> select Delete.

Log into your account on youtube (assuming this is your own uploaded video, you cannot delete other peoples) top right corner should be your name with an arrow down next to it, hover mouse over it till a menu appears, click on my videos, tick the box next to the video you want to delete above all your videos is the delete button, click on it.
