This is a system wide setting please go to http://www.telecom.toshiba.com/ and obtain a users guide for VM specifically the administrators guide. If this does not work. Stay on this same site and find a dealer to log into the system to change the settings for you

SOURCE: Our company has produced Auto Attendant messages

You would have to dial your voicemail extension. Usually this extension is 850 or 555. Once greeting starts you need to press *. It will then ask you for the user ID and password. User ID should be 990 and password should be 990997. Once in the mailbox you will have to follow the instructions on entering in your message. Below is a site with Toshiba manuals that may help.

How do I delete all auto attendant messages including day/night mode, opening inbox, schedule 1, schedule 1 intervals a/b/c?

The steps to delete auto attendant messages, including day/night mode, opening inbox, schedule 1, schedule 1 intervals A/B/C, will depend on the specific phone system or software you are using. However, here are some general steps you can follow: Access the auto attendant menu: This is usually done by dialing a specific extension or accessing the system through a web-based portal. Navigate to the message management section: This section may be labeled "Greetings," "Prompts," or "Recordings," depending on your system. Select the message you want to delete: This may involve listening to the message or selecting it from a list. Choose the delete option: This may involve pressing a button or selecting a menu option. Confirm the deletion: Some systems may require you to confirm the deletion before it is finalized. Repeat for all auto attendant messages you want to delete. It's important to note that deleting auto attendant messages may affect the functionality of your phone system

Why does the number 100 show on my caller id

If the transferred call is being handled by the auto-attendant using supervised transfer, it may be the pilot number of the auto-attendant. Once the call is accepted the CID of the caller should be displayed. Set your AA for blind transfer and the CID should display almost immediately.

How can I switch the auto attendant service off so I can answer the phone before it goes to auto attendant?? I have a nortel T7316E. I was cleaning the phone and somehow turn on the auto attendant, but can...

Somewhere on your set theres probably a night key that was accidently pressed. It might or might not be marked as such, but there should be an indicator (triangle) on the screen that shows that its on. TO turn off press the night key again. The indicator should go off.

Direct dialing

I'm almost positive that what you are talking about is called an "Auto Attendant" or "Automated Attendant" which is a feature that is built in to most Voicemail cards, (e.g. IVP8, Stratagy DK, ies16, etc.). If you don't have a voicemail card, you need to get one for this feature to work. You also may have to have a technician set up your voicemail card to have the auto attendant feature on, or you can do it yourself, if you know how to. if you aren't really sure how to do it yourself, I wouldn't take a chance as you may mess up your system.
Hope I was able to help!

Auto attendant

In order to do that, you need to know which Auto Attendant you have. I'd recommend calling a Panasonic technician (you call them engineers).

Here's a manual just in case you what to take a whack at it.

Need more rings

You have to change the rings from the voice mail server. If you don't know your way around the server, its best to get a local NEC tech although it is fairly simple to navigate. Depends on your skill. Typical default password for the server is NEC

Remote Access

When you call in from the outside wait for auto attendant to answer. As soon as the "Thank you for calling" starts, press [*], and your mailbox number. If that does not work you may need to put a [#], 165 before the [*], mail box. This is assuming that most voice mail and auto attendant settings are operational and you have a Panasonic KX-TVS voice mail.
If a live person (not to be confused with the living dead) answers, have them transfer you to voice mail and do the whole [#], 165, [*], your mail box thing.
