Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
I have replaced my empty cartridges with refurbished cartridges. Black in Canon PG-50 and Color CL-41 however my printer will not recognize the cartridges and will not print anything. On the display screen it flashes an "S" and "E" along with flashing lights for the color and black ink and a constant light for the alarm. Any thoughts of how to get my printer working? it was working prior to replacing the ink.
Make certain that the labels on the cartridges are in the right postion. For instance the PG40 label should be near the two lugs at the top and NOT near the curved lug. It seems that the chip is near the curved lug maybe in the circular indent.
