I bought the Xbox360 arcade and a game called LIPS I love the game but within a few plays we were out of good songs (40 adequate songs listed) We search we learn SPEND another 100 for wireless card. OK over priced but OK then buy points and get to pay 2-3 a song to down load OK with most karaoke cds there are only a couple songs you enjoy.. but then I CAN"T save them for my memory space is used up all I have on it is ONE personal profile and 1 song. now I am out of space. I go to the store to see about getting memory.. think yeah sd cards are like 20 for mega space.. NOPE need to buy a HARD DRIVE or THE X BOX ONLY MEMORY CARD. PLEASE help all I wanted was some fun for me and my kids with karaoke...... now I have a money pit. bought the American Idol game.. please assist me to determine what is the best way to have more memory space. Thanks Jewels

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My mp3/4 player only plays a few seconds of each song.

The new songs are in a format not recognized by the player - either DRM-encrypted WMA's or iTunes format. Download songs in mp3 format only, and you will no longer have this probelm - available from Rhapsody's Mp3-Only Service (make sure you choose the right subscription), Limewire, and a handful of others.

I got the music downloaded.music was playing fine then songs started playing only for a few seconds.I can't find the menus or anything!!!!

I called tech support because my daughter's was doing the same thing. I was told to let the song start to play, press the M button during the song, choose 'Repeat' which will bring up a list of options and then choose 'Normal'. It worked.

Certain songs on my iPod that I bought with iTunes just will not play when I upload them

Do they play ok in itunes?

Try resetting your ipod by holding down the menu and select (round button in the center) buttons down for at least 10 seconds. You'll see an apple logo flash, that's when you stop pressing the buttons. It will shut off, then back on.

New player

Insert old player, double-click my computer, create new folder called "Temp Song Storage", and start dragging music files from old player to new folder. Disconnect old player, connect new player - use Windows Media Player to move songs from Temp Song Storage folder to device.

Ipod problem - playing songs in order

sounds like you need a new hard drive, which has a little read-write disk in it that is getting finicky... just to get more use out of it lay it on side or other positions and hear if works ok...if so its diffently Hard drive. you know the sandisks are 2 gigs no moving parts why doesnt somebody put 20 together making 40 gigs and replace the failing Ipods!!??? just pure electronics and no moving parts and much smaller...not like a hard drive. I thought of this over 30 years ago looking at the first plug in video game.

Nano skipping song

Hello there! Wow... sounds like you've really been through the proverbial wringer with this issue already! You have indeed tried almost every step I would have suggested already, but here's another thing or two to try: 1) Burn an audio CD of this song. It's a true waste of a CD, but fortunately CDs are quite inexpensive! 2) Eject the CD. 3) In iTunes, find the problem song and add something to the title to make it differentiate it... for instance, if the song was, "Freebird", I would rename it, "Freebird CORRUPT". 4) Re-insert the CD, and now rip this new version of the song into iTunes. 5) Sync up your iPod and see if the issue is resolved. Hope this helps you out! =)
