Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Disk full how do i delete

First delete the temporary files.
On unix you can use rm command in folder "/tmp" or "/var/tmp".
On windows, open Internet Explorer and go to menu Tools-->Internet Options and in "General" tab under "Browsing History" block delete the temporary files. This will give you some breathing space to work with other applications. Then open a file manager like "Windows Explorer" (for unix you can find similar applications). Look for the files which you don't need anymore and delete them. You can even move some of the big files onto your external drive connected to the system via usb cable.

Hope this helps.

I have a lenovo Y410. I have this problem which keeps recurring often: the C drive gets full and even though I do disk cleanup, it doesn't help. I tried clearing my desktop of all the files and also, when...

go to search and type .tmp in the box delete all .tmp files on all drives do disk clean up delete all cookies and others, get winaso it is a free product to use and scanning will help clear up a lot.
If you have a lot of bmp files they take up a lot of room too.remove any programs you are not really using. I bet if you got win aso you would see your computer is really a mess. also every now and then
clean up your system restore with disk clean up.

Windows XP Home Edition has stored hundreds of files on the hard drive with labels NfB.tmp, NfA5.tmp, Ntf99.tmp, etc. Can these *.tmp files be deleted? How can I stop them from being saved?

Yes they can because they are TeMPorary files. Any files that say *.TMP can be errased. Use tune up utlilities from http://www.tuneup.com to download and use to delete unwanted temp files. Take care :)

I can't delete my music!!! Please help.

I'm having the same problem and trying to work through it. The problem is that your memory in the music section is corrupt. You may need to reformat. If I figure it out, I'll leave a note for others.

Apparently, this is a problem with this player. Not sure why. I've had this problem in the past and was able to fix it by disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting. But this time it's gone. I had a "bad track" message before it stopped.
