If your modem device was not found--->> go to start, my computer (select) then--->>right click--->>Properties--->>Hardware----->>Device Manager---->>Modem (your device must be marked as ( ! ))
Select modem and then choose Update the driver--->>Choose -Select from specific location---->> then Install the driver. (If you have it)
If not go to www.hp.com to download them.
