Question about HP Photosmart C3180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The print cartridge cradle cannot move."
Please turn device power off. Check device for a paper jam or other obstruction. There is nothing in the way that I can see. I have to repeatedly turn off the printer and restart it which will work for one time and the problem starts all over
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who has had this problem without a solution. I found that by moving the print cartridge (with the power on) all the way to the left, closing the door, powering it off, then powering it back on, then doing the test print (cancel and color start copy key), it would print. Had to do this 2-3 times. Then tried printing a document and it printed. So far, it 'appears' to be working OK. Hope it keeps working, otherwise I will just have to get another printer...
