Take out all the information and put it in again. Make sure that you put in your whole email address and your password. Your password is case sensitive. This should work.

    Has it ever worked before?

    You are welcome,

It is looking for a mail server. Who is your Internet provider? Tell them you need the name of their mail server. For example,
    pop-server.houston.rr.com
    smtp-server.houston.rr.com

The name that they they give you needs to be type into your email program. What type of email are you using. If this does not work your internet provider may have a web base email that you can check your email from.

Just post back what you find out. I will try to help as much as I can.

Is this outlook you are using?

If so you need to type in the full email address, for example. rwalkero@gmail.com and then your password on the next line.

    I hope this helps.

Someone has hacked my e-mail and is sending my contacts e-mails like they are coming from me. What can I do?

You have to report the error to the company hosting the email, for eg. Yahoo or Hotmail. You can do this by creating a new email and writing them a mail. Or go through their main webpages and click on the contact us tab.

good luck

I am trying to figure out how to recieve and send emails. I did try and create another email account with the address howsitgrowing@myemail.com?

Run Internet Explorer, go to www.gmail.com follow the directions to setup an account. You can now send/receive from that gmail account.
The good thing is you can change ISPs and you still have your same email address.

Not recieving emails my friend said it came up on her pc my email box was full so i deleted not recieved any can you help me

This have nothing to do with your computer, try making another email address, the emails are kept in the providers servers, so there must be a conflict with your username and the server. I suggest the same nick but with another provider; if were using msn, the try yahoo, or gmail, or aol, a different one. Good luck.

How do i unlock my contacts?

1. Ensure they have the correct email address. Send them a test email, have them reply to it. If you cannot receive it, then you have something blocking the email, or re-directing it to Spam or Jumk email folders.

2. Look in the spam/junk email folders, see if the emails are there.

3. Log in to webmail, see if you can see the emails there. If you can, then you have some application blocking, removing them.
