I am not aware this issue but off hand have you tired to move message to move message from current location to other memory ie from phone/internal to card/external.

If not then recommend calling to local phone store.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do I delete sent messages on my cell phone?

Go to Messages
Then option 3 - Text Messages and click to open
Click Options, then select 3 - Delete all

Problem is. Their all tied together. To delete only sent you have to delete the whole message.

If you don't want to delete all the messages you can simply highlight the message you want deleted, follow the same instructions, but only select 2- Delete

How do i delete all messages? I'm sure I can do it all in one but can't remember how. Don't want to return to factory settings

Hello Enoph,

In your messages menu, you would see a sub menu which is to delete messages. This can be achieved by selecting messages > delete messages.
When you select it, you would see other options such as options to delete Inbox, sent items, drafts, screened messages and all messages. You have to select 'delete all messages'.
If there is no option to delete all messages, then first select your inbox, you would see the option to delete all inbox messages, select it, hence deleting all your messages inbox at once. Do the same for sent items, drafts and any other messages.

Hope that was helpful?
Have a wonderful day.

Text messages wont send, delete, or change status

I think your mobile is affected by virus. I suggest you to format your memory card and flash your phone. Dont use the backup you have taken other than the contacts. Load other things manually and frehly. hope this helps.!!

Text is stuck in my outbox

I had this same problem. Deleting and clicking "yes" at the warning screen would not remove the message from my outbox and the message kept resending for days.

Solution: In the Outbox, click "Menu" > Empty Deleted Items. Click "yes" at the warning. The message should now be gone from your outbox and your text buddy should now be able to regain sanity.

T-mobile credited back the resent text messages when I called them.
