I had a leak in the same area.. I called Sears service and they came out and told me I had a hole in the nylon tub. The machine was 13 months old the warranty would only cover the part, not the labor (which was more than a new machine). I removed the access panel below the door (3 torx head screws) to get access. I ended up locating the area where the hole was by running the machine through a cycle. I marked the hole with a marker so I could find it again and let the area dry overnight. The next day I roughed the surface around the hole with a medium grit sandpaper and used a marine epoxy to patch the hole....so far no problems (14 months.)
I do have mold issues with this washer and would never buy a HE machine again...and have not been overly impressed with Sears appliances either....Own 5...washer, dryer, ref, stove and dishwasher. I have had problems with 3 of the 5
I have no way of knowing if this is where your leak is ...but hope so because it was an easy and inexpensive fix for me.... that so far is still working :)
