Question about Samsung Instinct Cell Phone
I've only had the phone for a month and this is the 2nd time it has happened. The 1st time I took the battery out for a while and it came on once replaced. That's not working this time. It will turn on but it freezes on the screen that displays "Samsung". It will just stay on that screen until the battery is removed.
If you are within 30 days of purchasing the phone, exchange it for another one. If not and you have insurance, call and ask for a replacement phone to be mailed out via advanced exchange. If you're not within 30 days and don't have insurance, call and sprint will mail you a replacement for probably about 35$. Sometimes they will waive the replacement charges.

Could be any number of problems.
As a new phone, I suggest returning it to the supplier as "Faulty" since it will still be under warranty.
