Question about Epson CX8400 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have bought compatible ink cartidges for the epson DX8400 that worked perfectly in my old epson (that they were also compatible with) however the printer is not recognising them in this machine. Do you know how i can fix it or any compatible cartridges that do work in this printer?! Thanks very much
Epson cartridges are microchipped.
Do your new cartridges carry the same chip?
If not, they will not work.
If all else fails, return them to the supplier and explain they are not recognised by your printer.
