Problem for LG WFT1071TP Top Load Washer

I'm using LG Fuzzy logic 6.5kg WF-S6607TC.

I'm using LG Fuzzy logic 6.5kg WF-S6607TC.
After the water reach the level, machine start to spin for a few seconds and then stop.I can hear the peeping alarm and both wash & spin indicators are blinking.What is the problem?

- Hi, I have the same problem with this LG WF-S6607TC. When it finished filling the water, it will wash for few seconds then it will stop, the machine will beep and some LEDs blinking. It seems cannot detect the closed lid anymore. I checked the warranty card and it already expired a month ago.- Guest

- I have exactly the same machine and the same problem.
The machine fills up and starts washing for a few minutes and the beep sound comes on and goes on until I turn the machine off.

- I am using LG Fuzzy logic 6Kg WF-S7012DN. When the program is started, the wash process is not happening as well as Wash and Spin starts blinking along with beep. Can anyone help?- AnkurJain

Check the lid cover. At the edge, there is a plastic housing some sort of a magnet. This is the magnetic sensor for lid cover open protection.
If the magnet is not there, place a magnet at the position on the washer where the housing will come in contact with the washer when lid is close.
