Question about HP Computers & Internet
I have an HP vs17e monitor. It's about 2 years old. I have tried everything I know to do (i.e. changing all cables, checking screensaver settings, etc.) and I still get the message "No Input Signal." The computer will come on as well as the monitor, then after about 3 minutes, the screen goes black and the message "No Input Signal" comes on and you can no longer do anything. I have switched out the monitors and that does not seem to work either. Can you help? I'm desparate! ThanksT J

Sounds a bit bland but either the monitor has failed or the video card
Only test is to plug your monitor into another system and see if it comes to life
If it does then your video card has expired.
If it is part of the motherboard then the easiest option is to buy a replacement which plugs into the AGP slot
They are dirt cheap unless you are into gaming when the sky's the limit

SOURCE: no input signal
Make sure that the correct cable is used vga to vga or dvi to dvi..... try some different cable.... try a monitor slf test you cannot access it by just removing the monitor cable..... if do get the test the monitor is bad
