how can I get the battery on my 305 replaced, the unit wil not operate for more than an hour and a half before reporting battern low

Well how long have you had the unit because it may be under warranty. I called the customer service number at 18008001020 and the rep said he may be able to do something with your software to fix the problem. If you're outside of warranty it's $90 to process and they send you a replacement. I would call first and check my options. Hope this helped and if it did leave me feedback. FIXYA!
