Well, if your PC run Windows XP, install ActiveSync. Otherwise, i.e. if it runs Vista or 7, install Windows Mobile Device Center instead. To freely download any of these programs, please, visit this page. Once the correct program is installed and running, the first time you connect your phone to your PC, you will be prompted to start a new partnership. You'll be able to select the items to be synchronized. E.g. if you want to sync your contacts, calendar and email messages, you should have Microsoft Outook running on your PC too. In order to sync your media files (pictures, music and video), Windows Media Player should be installed as well. Hope it works for you. Anyway, please, let me know if I can assist you any further. Regards,Carlos
what OS/windows are you using? all you need is ms activesync (98, ME, 2000, XP)/mobile device center (vista)latest version which is downloadable form MS website. with that, you can sync your phone data to your computer. use ms outlook to sync all your data and transfer it to another phone.
it depends on your OS.
if your OS is win XP, then use Activesync ( download it from microsoft.com, and I think latest version is 4.5).
if your OS if Vista, then use Mibile Center that comes with Vista...
you don't need actually your CD that comes with your phone ...
