Good Afternoon Paul, thanks for your post!

Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire dishwasher will not drain out completely. It is not uncommon for there to be some water left inside the bottom of your tub. I would recommend checking you filter to make sure that it is clean. The filter is located under the bottom rack in the center of the tub. Once you have removed that and cleaned it out you may see water less in the bottom of it. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Dishwasher leaks

Hello - Since you have previously replaced the bottom gasket and issue continues I suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The leak could possibly be coming from the drain motor/pump or a loose hose connection located underneath.

Check the drain line underneath the sink.
It should be suspended just below the counter top.
If it is too low, water from the sink will back fill into the dishwasher.
If the drain is OK,then the dishwasher water valve is defective.

Dishwasher is not completing the cycle, and water remains in the tub. I've cleaned the filter and that doesn't seem to solve the problem.

check you float switch at the back to see if it is sticking ,and it should always have at least an inch of water in it to keep the motor seal wet or it will dry up and leak creating another problem

Dishwasher fails to empty completely

make sure you don't block either sink with food as they share the same drain. Also check to make sure the hose between the washer and the sink is clear and not blocked with food/gunk.
