Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9564J Top Load Washer
I'm afraid it sounds like the bearings on the agitator shaft are on there way out.
This is often caused by overloading a machine.
IF this is the case, then repairs are VERY expensive and you may wish to weigh up the cost of repairs against a new machine.
