It's either your motherboard is dead or the power supply is dead.

If it's the power supply chances are your motherboard is dead as well now, if it's the motherboard then chances are your power supply is still good and it was just the power supply, but sometimes the power supply will take your motherboard with it as well.

It's hard to completely test these things without having correct equipment.

You should take it into a shop.
