Windows 8 will not load on my inspiron one 2020. after dell screen the screen just flashes

After you start your computer and the initial computer system display dissappears (before Windows begins) repeatedly pressing the F8 (I believe) should take you to a Multi-Boot selection screen. At that point you should see several selections for booting your system (ie. Safe Mode, Repair Windows, etc) I would select the "Repair Windows" option for the Automatic Repair. Let me know if it helps.

My internal speeker not working

Dell Inspiron Desktop systems have no internal speaker for audio, only a beep speaker on the motherboard for no post diagnosis. For audio you'll need a set of powered external speakers.

Have a Dell Inspiron 530 Vista with a Sys7 upgrade in, will go into safe mode only. It starts to boot up, shows the initial windows logo and motion then after about 10 seconds it goes black and goes...

Sounds like driver probs to me also, have you downloaded all your relevant drivers from dell, or the chipset manufacturer.
Use PC wizard or CPUID to check your chipsets

Have new dell inspiron. got screen meesage

Try booting into safe mode (F8 on boot) and using some of the built in disc checking utilities, If that does not help you may have to do a "Repair instalation"
Google that for more information
