Question about Tomtom GO 510 Car GPS Receiver
Using a OHM meter set it to check for continuity. Turn the unit upside down with the charger contact pins closest to you. Using the red (+) probe touch the solder joint directly below the gold contact pin on the far right and the black (-) probe to the gold contact pin directly above. Next do the same thing to the solder joint and gold contact pin to the far right. If you don't get continuity on either pin there is your problem. This can be fixed but it requires taking the unit apart and having some solder skills.
