It sounds like you have too much air conditioner vs. conditioned space. This would cause dripping and short run times. Air conditioners are designed not only to cool the house but to pull the moisture out, if it is too big and cools the area too fast the outside of the ducts will begin to collect condensation like the outside of a cold glass of water.
Hi, I assume it is ducted, it could be either a flapper door is closed to shut off an area from receiving air, or there is a blockage in the duct (less likely). Also if there is more than one duct attached to the air conditioner then you'll have to check if air is entering all ducts (you may have a problem with the unit).
Hi, sounds as though the duct has come loose or most ducts have dampers in them. They have a orange or blue flag hanging on them. The wing nut will sometimes get loose and close off the vent. I don't know if your ducts are in the attic or under the home, but you can check with a good light to see what has happened. You will be able to hear or feel the air blowing if you leave the unit on, and you may want to take a roll of duct tape in with you so you don't have to make 2 trips. This is the best way to do it. If you have had any repairman in there they will sometimes smash the duct with there knee causing loss of air. Please don't forget to rate me as I know you will be kind. Keep me posted on this also.
