Helium
balloons are usually made of latex. A combination of that and the helium gas
means that the balloons will only last around 8-16 hours so it's best to buy
them as close as possible to the start of the party. Some shops have special
substances that you can pay extra for that will help the balloons stay up a lot
longer.
