1. Use a funnel to fill a balloon with
rice. You can decide how heavy you want the ball to be.
2. Cut the skinny end off another
balloon and wrap it around the ball of rice.
3. Keep adding more balloons -
alternating where you leave the opening so that the ball keeps its shape and
stays even.
4. You can glue shapes of balloon on to the final ball to decorate.

The reviews
for hi-float have been a bit mixed. Some people felt that their balloons stayed
up for ages and others complained it didn't really work but it's not that
expensive, so it's worth a try.
