I have got an LG Laptop X-Note RD400 (Intel(R)Celeron)M CPU email@example.comGHZ.
Recently i had implanted a new Hard Disk of 180GB (B4 i was having 80GB H.D changed due to HD crashed) whereas the RAM remained unchanged as it was B4 , 504MB(RAM). Now i am facing some problem like system hanging and taking much more time than B4 while saving & copying.
Does this problem has any connection with the new HD.If yes then what should i do for quick action in system.
Please explain and help.

The BIOS determine the maximum size hard drive that can be installed in the laptop. Put a smaller hard drive in the laptop say 120Gb hard drive, you will lose approx 10% in the formatting process.
Use the 180GB in another laptop or put it into an USB hard drive adapter case and use it as a portable external hard drive.
You should be able to upgrade the CPU, since it seems that the DV1000's motherboard uses a socket CPU design. But, obviously, HP would rather have you choose the CPU that you want from the beginning and stick with it. The first thing to do is to check HP website to see what other configurations were/are sold for
your model. If they sell it with faster CPUs then you can upgrade to
one of them...
PLEASE NOTE: In order for a particular processor to be compatible with a particular laptop: (1) the processor must be physically compatible with the laptop socket, in your case I thing you have a Soket 479 processor (2) the laptop chipset must support the processor. (3) the chipset front side bus speed must match the processor front side bus speed, in your case 400Mhz. (4) the laptop BIOS must support the processor.
So I listed here processors with FSB at 400Mhz, I gues that DV1000 as a 855GM Motherboard that supports only 400Mhz with Socket 479

hi, there are a lot of ways i think your issue can be resolved 1) Go to Lg website http://www.lge.com/html/gate.html select your region > go to software > select your product and download software from them
2) IF you have the sotware CD that came with your laptop the software could also be in there
3) you can call LG technical support and ask them about the software
4) you can look for free bluetooth software on google.com , download it and see if it works
