My alarm tone is too low. How to download a louder one

    No, it did not help. Received ringtones is saved in its default and does not reflect from where you can choose that particular tone.

Copy a .wav ringtone in devices Window folder anywhere. You will be able to choose the same for alarm

I think i can help you. The problem I'm having is that the alarm tone is too brief an too low. So brief that it doesn't come close to waking me up. Try this, Have someone send you a ring tone or some thing u want to wake up to. Within the message there is an option that will let u save the sound in your documents or ring tone folder. Try both. An hopefully when you set your alarm tone it will allow you to set the music, sound you just saved. If that doesn't work the HTC website has a trouble shooting section. I think it addresses this problem. Good luck i hope this helps

One is you need to make sure the volume is turned up on your phone, many people actually do not do that :-). The next way to do it is to download louder ring tones.

Alarm setting


What settings in alarm do you need to set? In case you want to set the alarm time, tap Start >> Settings. Go to System tab and open Click and Alarms, tap on Alarms tap at the bottom and you may set the alarms from there.
In order to set the alarm tone, tap Start >> Settings. Open Sounds and Notifications in Personal tab, make sure that the checkbox for Programs and Notifications is checked. Now go to Notifications tab, in the event select Reminders and you may configure the alarm behavior and ring tone in there.

MY RIHGTONE SOUND IS VERY LOW


Its a very common problem. Use a tone package that has some loud options such as http:///www.exectones.com/

My alarm won't ring or vibrate, but both work when someone calls me. I have it set for vibrate/ring but the screen just lights up when the alarm goes off, doesnt vibrate or ring


Reboot the HH,restart the HH and follow the follwing steps Press Menu,Select Clock-press menu-select alert type as tone-select the tone from the given list and save it.Check whether if you are able to listen to the tone.

It has low ring that i can not hear it ringing


The ring tone volume on the X1 is not very loud you will just have to choose a loud ring tone that will catch your attention. Have you tried putting both the phone and ring tone volume up by pressing the speaker symbol at the to of the screen and putting both sliders up full.

I cant hear my ringtones all it does is vibrate how do i fix it


Click on Profiles-select advanced-Select the type of profile-Select the type to be activated out of the Holster-(None-tone-vibrate-vibrate+tone)select the ring tone-Select volume adjust according to your wish(Low,Medium,High or Escalating) Do the same if the deice is in the Holster and save.After saving do hard reboot.

Hi,The problem of low volume related to handset settings.
Just go to volume settings and check wether its full?

Also make it clear wether the problem is only with some tones?
If yes then its problem related to those tones not with Phone.

From profile on desktop choose Loud and activate - The megaoohone logo at the top of the homepage should now have a red outline.

All your files should be transferable; the memory is a better place for them in case your phone ever gets damaged and needs to be replaced. You can also backup the phone on your computer...

Low ringtone


You might try this:
Menu>Tools>Utilities>3-D tones>3-D ringing tone effects>Off

On my N96 it works.
