When i on my copier and pres copy, it print in blank and bring J98 after picking one paper

Hi there, the code J in the code refers to "JAM / paper jam" and the number "98" refers to the area where the jam is registered, in this case the jam is registered before the page reaches the drum, that is why it comes out blank, clean all paper sensors and try again.

There's probably a time piece of paper or something blocking a sensor or pressing down on an actuator or something
try checking this then do a good clean of the unit.

59.4 = Print-cartridge-motor error

TRY THIS

1 Turn the MFP off, and then turn the
MFP on.
2 Reconnect the wire-harness on the dc
controller PCA for the motor that is
indicated. For the main motor, this is
connector J98. For the print-cartridge

3 Replace the motor. See Main motor

4 Replace the dc controller PCA.

Prints crooked

The paper is not being pulled into the printer straight.

There are small sliders that rest next to the paper in the loading tray, you are required to push these so that they slide over and rest directly next to the stack of paper. This will guide the paper into the printer straight so that the paper does not get pulled in crooked.

j98 means there was a misfeed of the paper, you may have to have a tech look at this to figure out why its jamming, could be poor paper quality, worn feed tire and/or rollers. i would look at replacing the feed tire first that seems to be the problem most of the time...
Hope this helps...
