Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
When I try to insert a disc in my PS3, the disc won't go in. It slowly spins the disc around while it is still sticking 1/2 way out of the slot. I have no idea why this started happening. It is the 60GB model so that may be why it is having issues.
The coggs inside need realligning,
if its out of warrently, just simply go on you tube to find out how to take the blu ray apart, i done it and its fine now.

This is the 2nd most common problem
with PS3's. This isn't a bad problem. Your
laser/lens will need to be replaced. Do
you see the time clock in the top right
corner going around and around? If so,
you are just having laser/lens problems. If
you do not see the time icon spinning
when you insert a disc, your PS3's Blu Ray
drive controller board has gone bad and
you will need to send it to Sony and not a
3rd party technician. Certain problems
are only repairable by Sony. Good luck.
