Mobile devices as your N72 can not play all types of audio files . The most accepted audio file types is Mp3 , so i recommend you to convert all audio files you want to transfer to your N72 to Mp3 format before sending them . If you use Nokia Pc Suit , then you will be able to convert them using the converter integrated with it . If you don't have Nokia Pc Suit , then you can use any other converter . www.xilisoft.com offers great audio converters to mp3 format.
Your Samsung Hue can only play MP3 encoded files (extension mp3). If you have taken music that has been ripped using the windows media player, the default rip settings put the tracks into windows media audio format (wma) which your phone cannot read. You'll need to find a free wma to mp3 converter and convert your files to load onto your phone. You can also set Windows Media Player to default to MP3 when ripping under the Tools|Options menu item. Look under the RIP tab and change the default format to MP3. If you are already using MP3, it is possible that you are using to high of a Kbs rate on your MP3's in which case you'll need to be sure you rip tracks in a lower Kbs rate (also under the RIP tab in Windows Media Player). Here is a link to a free WMA to MP3 converter... http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-0.html?query=wma+to+mp3+converter&tag=srch%3Ba&searchtype=downloads&filterName=platform%3DWindows&filter=platform%3DWindows
