Is your antivirus updated? Always make sure to update your antivirus.

Use a clean PC and download a virus removal tool for the specific virus that infected your PC at http://www.symantec.com/norton/security_response/removaltools.jsp

Put your virus removal tool (or tools) into a CD or USB thumbdrive then insert it into your infected PC's USB port.

Commonly, you can boot via Safe Mode:
- press F8 key on your keyboard while the computer is booting
- then in the boot menu, select "Safe Mode"
- browse to your CD or USB drive and run the virus removal tool.

However, it is much more advisable to use a live CD tool like MiniPE and scan your PC to remove the viruses.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My yahoo mail is sending strange messages to my customers trhougt addressses of my mail list this cause to me alot of troubles please help me to discover what happen

This most probably is because of an attacking virus or spam email that you may have accidentally registered to and is now attacking your email. Delete your email account as soon as possible and it's suggested you open a new one as well as scanning your computer for malware, spyware and viruses!

My nokia 5230 wont start up it only show up to the nokia logo

hello,i guess that could be caused due to a bad battery or probably a factory default if the phone is still kind of new.kindly change the battery to try and power it on to see if the problem still persist.or you kindly visit the store of purchase to see if it's not a virus attack,an internet flash will be required if it's a virus attack and an anti-virus will be necessarily needed to be installed on it.
please kindly rate the solution if it's helpful,

take care.

I have an ACER Aspire AX1301-B9082 that will not show the desktop on the monitor. When you turn it on it gives the options to resume regular start up or safe mode start up. When safe mode is selected it...

I see a chance that there's error in the system files or it might be a virus attack. But since its Windows 7, there's very less possibility of a huge virus attack. If you have the windows disc, reboot from the disc and give the repair Windows option, it'll reinstall all they system files without losing information.

Or back up your files and do a windows reinstall. This problem doesnt seems like a hardware problem. So a OS reinstall will solve the problems at the maximum level.

Wishing the best for you. Thanks

Virus attacked my player

I would just wipe your songs off and see if that solves your problem. if not, i wouldnt want to format.
if its not too big of a problem, use it wil the virus.
Insignia has not released an updated firmware or even a link to download firmware for the 4gig and 8gig models.
once they do you can format and re-install the firmware but as for now your pretty much SOL.
Here is the link to insignias website for the 8gig Model: http://www.insignia-products.com/pc-289-22-insignia-pilot-8gb-video-mp3-player-with-bluetooth-technology.aspx

Hope this helps,
:)

Virus

no components are attacked by viruses or trojans, only software and the bios can be attacked, and obviously they are prevented by antivirus/spyware programmes

Sonicwall firewall has trojan attack.

what kind of fire wall and anti virus are you useing ? I have found that the best you can find is AVG. 8.0 if you use it and the Windows Denfender together they are the best,AVG can find all trojans downloaders loops lops and any kind of worms imagen, alot of viruses we have cleaned seem to hide behind the windows files themselves,as you corner them they will pop up. Where as if the mcfee and norton are constally dormit they don't seem catch all the new viruses, try switching for an instant, and Avg will pretty much corner any kind of viruses you have and send me the out come of what is happened please thank you lala linda

Virus attack

A trojan Virus can be very nasty. I suggest going to www.avast.com and download the free home version virus scan. Disable and remove all other virus scans you have going to include the system resource hog Nortons or McAfee. Upon completeion of installation, it will ask you to do a boot time virus scan, click yes. Most Trojan viruses attack the system before they get completely started, therfor, makes them harder to remove. If you still need help after this, PLEASE feel free to conatct me and I will assist you further.
