Question about HP LaserJet 8500 Color Printer
This is a very low page count printer (<25K). The top 1/3 of page the colors are fading, trailing edge is a little better than the leading edge. To be clear, the upper left corner of sheet is the worst but the upper portion of sheet shows problem. Replaced image drum cartridge, all three consumables are above 75% life remaining. I can scan sheet and email if it would help anyone... Thanks
Maybe you have some dried ink on the cartridge. You see the silver-ish strip on it? try whipping it down with a rag because I dont think you want that ink on your shirt. Try that and if not let me know.
