Question about Belkin (F5D5231-4) Router
I am setting up RealVNC with the port 5900.
I have used portforwarding.com or whatever already and those are my current settings it is still blocked. I even tried turning off the Belkin firewall, and it still won't work.
Have you checked the Windows Firewall settings? If it is On, try turning it off and attempt the connection with RealVNC. If the problem persists, try adding an Exception to the Windows Firewall, just as an added troubleshooting measure.
Click Start, navigate to Control Panel, double-click Windows Firewall, and open the Exceptions tab. Look for a RealVNC entry. If you don't see one, click the "Add Port" button, type RealVNC as the entry name, and 5900 as the port number. Select the TCP radio button, click OK and then OK once more. Attempt the RealVNC connection again.
I hope this helps! Feel free to reply with results or further questions.
