Uhm, please DO NOT reinstall Norton products. They are unreliable, insecure, and once installed you can't ever really get rid of the software unless you decide to format your hard-drive. Go for a different product such as ESET's Smart Security.

Please explain what you want help with. This seems pretty easy if that's all you can tell me. Just re-install. If it is more complicated I am glad to help but to do so i need more information.

Hi

Follow below steps to get it resolved
1)Click on start button
2)select settings then click on control panel
3) uninstall the older version through add/remove programs
4)use this link and download and install the latest version
http://spftrl.digitalriver.com/pub/symantec/tbyb/NAM/N360S300EN.exe

uninstall ur older version and install a fresh one.....or else upgrade to the latest version
