-   Water doesn't drain when the cycle is done. Cleaned out debris caught on filter screens, but still does not drain.-   jsky

most likely there is something in the drain pump blocking the normal draining procedure.

remove the lower panel on the front of the machine and you will see the pump and the drain hose attached. disconnect the hose and check it. then look in the little pump for a piece of glass or other debris.
