There is a problem with the output section. The most common cause is shorted output transistors. This unit should go in for service. Without seeing the unit and testing it, I can't indicate all of the defective parts. You should expect a parts cost between $25-$45.

97 chey blazer alernator overcharging, blowing fuses

Sounds like the 10 amp fuse was too small to begin with. Possibly the old alternator was too weak to blow it. 20 amp sounds more like it. Someone probably stuck the wrong fuse in at some time.

What I have is an 02 ford taurus and the fuse #11 on the GEM module keeps blowing?

I'm not 100% certain, but think fuse 10 & 11 are for power window/mirror controls. Check for breaks/shorts in those circuits. Otherwise the GEM may be faulty.

I have a gem sound 1000 watt amp with no sound fuses blown and keeps burning fuses

Fuses blow when there's an overload. This is generally caused by a semiconductor acting as if was a piece of wire. You should look to the devices located on the big heat sink. If they are transistors a multimeter will show it quick. For on the ohms scale test leads across the terminals of each faulty transistor will be just like you had touched the two leads together!

1992 gmc pickup keeps blowing heater fuses I replaced the blow motor and it keeps blowing

Have you replaced the blower resistor . some times they can cause the fuse to blow . You may need a muiltmeter to test the current draw on the blower motor circuit. the draw should be less then half of the rated fuse .( 20 amp fues draw is less then 10 amps) You did not say but does the blower work on high only or the lower speeds with out blowing the fuse ? if it does work on low or high with out blowing the fuse i would replace the blower resistor

Current increase after starting engine and cause fues fail some times current is about 10 amps

I would not be to concerned about the amps -- the voltage is what is the issue,, when the car is running, use your volt meter to check the voltage coming from the alternator, it should be around 12.6 to 13.4 volts DC at idle. if it is higher then this then there is something wrong with the internal regulator inside the alternator and it will need to be replaced. also check to see what the voltage is when the car is rev'ed up to about 3500 RPM's -- it should not be any higher then 14.5 volts DC and if it is then the regulator in the alternator is bad and needs to be replaced.
if you are blowing fuses -- then it sounds like you could have a short somewhere in the electrical system,, inspect all the wire that pertain to the circuit that is blowing fuse.
if you have any other questions about this problem - please feel free to write me back here and ask -- and when you do, let me know what fuse is being blown ( ignition fuse, starter fuse,etc.. ??? ).

Klipsch sub 10 keeps blowing fuses

More than likely the power supply switching transistors have fried. Also check the large caps in the primary side of the power supply. If you don't know what your are doing do not attempt to fix the power supply.. very dangerous voltages involved !!! Send it to Klipsch for repair or purchase a Bash replacement panel
