use handy recovery to recover the images i am giving the link for the trail version select the drive were do u expect the image to be deleted then analyse it and recover.. and i dont think crystal eye can recover deleted images only handy recovery can this is the link.... http://www.handyrecovery.com/download.shtml
Make sure that you are clicking the correct icon, if the installer icon on your desktop is what you are clicking it will really install over and over again, check in the Programs menu forthe Crystal Eye icon and click that instead of what you have on the desktop.
Also make sure you put the installer from the desktop to the downloads folder and create a new Icon shortcut from the programs menu that should open up the Application.
