Question about Philips 60PP9202 60" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Please check your cables from your antenna into your TV or from your cable box into your TV. Make sure they are connected properly. If this does not clear up the problem then check to see if any of your other inputs cause the same issue to occur. Now if that does not help, you may have a problem with your video processor, or more to the point a problem with the chroma section in that processor, in which case you will either have to replace the processor or the board on which the processor is located. If you do not have a background in electronics I would suggest having a TV technician troubleshoot the problem and offer you a course of action.
