Re: Frozen at the start screen, doesnt get to the menu.
I just had a similar problem today when i tried to add a bunch of videos. i just let mine go to the gogear screen and then left it on while i went to work. when i came back and tried to restart it again, it worked fine. it just needed time to catch up i guess. hopefully the same thing will work for you. good luck

in philips go gear device it wont show the song or video unless or untill its a compatible one(e.g it wont play real player .flv files) to the player..check whether you can play the song from the device in your computer. if yes try a different youtube converter software.
this MP3 PLAYER, may have become corrupted after the transfer of music, if you are still valid for warranty, contact phillips and ask them about it or take it back to the store where you purchased it and tell them about the problem and what happened
Are you absolutely, 100% sure that EVERY song is in mp3 format?
If you are using Limewire as your music service, use Media Monkey or some other software to double check the full id3 tag - make sure there is nothing at all written in the Comments tag - the GoGear doesn't understand these characters
I just figured out how you clear the songs from the "playlist to go". go to playlist to go, then when it shows the songs you have added press the up button and you will see the words "clear playlist to go", press the forward button and it will ask you to clear it or cancel, select clear and it will tell you it's cleared.
their are over 11000 problems with this sansa 4GB player. IT is strongly recommended not to buy this ...My screen frozen, computer undection USB, songs deleted by itself, something error.and ETCCCCCCCC>.. latino, ur right, try reseetinn it , then unistall drive..might fix the problem..good luk ..
Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
The secret to treating brain damage on the c150 is to definitely use the <http://www.sendspace.com/file/7ge9cr> download. This is a *.rar file and you need to also download the 7zip freeware program to extract the contents of the file to a folder. Read the *.txt message in the folder and follow the directions and you will be back in business. Your c150 will probably occasionally have a relapse so keep the folder on your computer. This works!
