Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
Ouch lol that really sucks 1 check the manufacturers warranty if its new you could return and get a new one
if not try batteries try taking them out and getting new ones if its rechargeable (internal battery) try resetting it maybe their is a reset button try that if not let me know
