A friend had the same problem and i found that the circuit tracks that go to the relay that controls the element had burnt off. solved by soldering on some new tracks. The problem is quite obvious when you pull the controller apart, burn marks and missing tracks. You just need someone that's handy with a soldering iron.

Dx302 dry joint found what do i solder ?

Putting a small dob of solder on it should work just fine, make sure you get a nice hot even solder. Although if you have some small guage copper wire try to bridge the dry solder joint to the solder track that it shares on the same circuit on the PCB. This should be a much better fix.

No heating in dishwasher

Do not plug it into hot water UNPLUG. It needs cold water going through the system.

It may be the heating element or just a loose connection on the computer panel.

Dishlex dx 302 heat drying

Found I had no hot water in my Dishlex DX302 and did a google search and found this page.

My problem was found to be the same as the others; one of the solder joints on the relay on the control board had arced off.
You could see the burn mark on the board and cover where it had been arcing.

Soldered it back together, and now it seems to be going good again.
Now my only problem is a damaged door seal, which means a small water leak; I have used part of a rubber glove to bridge the gap, and it reduces the water leak.
