Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
The screen works intermittently, when I can get it to work I have to catch it and start it in safe mode. If I don't the screen is fuzzy. In safe mode it's fine. I did a system restore with no luck, it fixed it till I shut down and tried to restart it....anyone got any ideas????
I understand that your Notebook is not properly showing the display, yet it is proper in safe mode.
You may perform these troubleshooting steps.
1) Un-install and reinstall the display drivers.
you can find the display drivers from the following link. Click or copy-paste this in a address bar of a web browser.
2) If the above thing do not solve the issue, then your Notebook came with a recovery partition or you might have created recovery discs. Please backup your data and try recovering the Operating system from those discs or partition.
