Question about HP 1240 Plain Paper Inkjet Fax
When receiving a fax, the feeder feeds more than one sheet. Can the feeder be fixed? Replaced?
This may occur if:
-the paper is too thick or too thin
-the roller mechanism is not properly aligned or has worn out
-the sheets of paper stick together
things you can try:
-unload the paper in the main tray and bend the stack of paper to loosen it up. Reload the paper to the main tray
Hope this helps!
