The Broadcast Store sells the Service Manual for $99 http://www.broadcaststore.com/store/model_detail.cfm?id=810349 Too much, agreed. I have one too, and would consider buying and copying to split the cost. Might be slightly awkward to copy. Most DPS documentation was very thorough.
I went to Google and entered Dictaphone 0421 + manual. Took me to a website titled FREE DICTAPHONE C-phone 0421/0424 manual. This lead to MT Stars, with link at bottom of page for manual download. It worked for me. I saved it into My Documents
