Question about Computers & Internet
I have a nameless web cam.without any logo or code.i need to install drivers...i tried also with generic drivers. The light on the cam is ON but no signal that computer detects new hardware...I'd appreciate your answer!
Be sure the camera is plugged into the USB port before
running the program.
As you run the program, write down the info about the camera so you will know what you have .
Double click on this site and download the Camera Diagnostic Tool and run it to check out your camera and/or problem.
I ran the diagnostic on my camera to give you an idea how well it works.
Give it a try.
Hope this helps. Bud

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
