Question about Voyetra Turtle Beach Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 Headphones
My Turtle beach work perfectly for my xbox360 but as soon as i plug them into my PC i can hear game sound but cant speak. i have plugged in the pink and green plugins into my pc and the power cable into my usb. This is all i am meant to plug in right? but why can't i speak?
DONT FEEL BAD MY TURTLE BEACH HEASET PLUGGED INTO MY PC TOO AND IT DIDNT COME UP AT ALL EITHER, AND I HEAR A CONSTANT HUMMING IN THE EAR PIECE ON THE XBOX 360 SO I HAD TO GO OUT AND SPEND MORE MONEY AND BUY A TRITON HEADSET FOR THE XBOX360 AND THAT ONE WORKS PERFECTLY, BUT THESE TURTLE BEACH ONES ARE TOTAL JUNK. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO RETURN THIS TURTLE BEACH ONE AS I HAD IT LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND THEY SAID OH I COULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK THAT I WOULD HAVE TO EMAIL TURTLE BEACH AND WAIT ON THEM TO RMA IT, THEN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM, WAIT AGAIN FOR THEM TO DIAGNOSE IT, THEN WAIT FOR THEM TO DECIDE IF THEY WOULD REPLACE IT, IF I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AND THE TIME I WOULD BE WAITING ITS JUST NOT EVEN WORTH RETURNING IT, NO WONDER NO ONE IS BUYING TURTLE BEACH ANYMORE, THEY ARE JUNK AND HAVE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SHOULD HAVE AN 800 NUMBER THAT WE CAN CALL THEM ON, NOT A STUPID EMAIL WHICH THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY REPEATED EMAILS AS OF YET AND ITS BEEN 30 DAYS AND STILL NOT RESPONSE FROM THEM, I WASTED $139 ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK HEADSET, I WILL NEVER BUY TURTLE BEACH AGAIN, MOST 90% OF ALL BUSINESSES NOWADAYS HAVE AN 800 NUMBER FOR CUSTOMERS HAVING A PROBLEM, BUT OH NOT TURTLE BEACH , INSTEAD THEY EXPECT US TO WAIT ON T HEM TO EMAIL T HEM BACK, THEN THEY REQUIRE US TO SHIP IT BACK AT OUR OWN EXPENSE AND THEN THEY EXPECT US TO GO WITHOUT A HEADSET WHILE WE WAIT ON THEM TO DECIDE IF THEY ARE EVEN GOING TO SHIP US ANOTHER ONE AND I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW I NEVER WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THIS SAME MODEL ITS JUNK. BUT I TELL YOU WHAT WHEN I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A TRITON HEADSET IT WAS FANTASTIC, THEY MAKE AWESOME PRODUCTS, AND I DONT HAVE THAT CONSTANT BUZZING IN MY EAR THAT I WAS GETTING ON THE TURTLE BEACH HEADSET, THE TRITON DOESNT BUZZ, IT DOESNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AND IT WORKS FANTASTIC ON MY XBOX360 AND MY PC,

ACASTELLANI@AOL.COM OR ANGELA@COMPUTERS4AL.ORG, AS I PURCHASED THIS TO BE USED FOR MY CHARITY ORGANIZATION FOR DISABLED CHILDREN TO USE, BUT ITS OBVIOUS I PURCHASED A CHEAP HEADSET WHICH COST MY CHARITY MONEY WE WILL NEVER GET REFUNDED BACK FOR, AS GAMESTOP WONT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONLY ABOUT 2 1/2 WEEKS INTO USING IT , WHEN IT GOT A HORRIBLE BUZZING IN THE EAR PIECE, I RAN RIGHT BACK TO GAMESTOP AND THEY SAID OH ITS PAST THE STORE REFUND TIME PERIOD YOU WILL HAVE TO EMAIL TURTLE BEACH NOW, I WAS STUNNED I LOOKED THRU ALL MY STUFF THAT CAME IN THE INFO WITH THE HEADSET AND SURE ENOUGH NO PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE FOR TURTLE BEACH, ARE THEY TERRIFED OF US CUSTOMERS OR SOMETHING CALLING THEM WHEN WE GET PRODUCTS OF THEIR THAT DONT WORK AT ALL, OR ARE JUNK, IS TURTLE BEACH THAT UNPROFESSIONAL THEY CANT LIST THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL WHEN THEY ARE HAVING A PROBLEM, THAT THEY HAVE TO RELY ON EMAIL WHIC IS STUPID AS THEY NEVER EMAIL BACK ANYWAYS. I PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH RIPOFFREPORTS.COM AND WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Yeah, the pink, green, and usb cables are the only ones that need to be plugged in... the only problem I can think of is that you have plugged the usb cable into a usb hub instead of a usb port...
(haha and Im sure your not this forgetful, but you may want to check if you have the mic muted)
