With the phone in standby, enter 2945#*7101# this will activate the extra menu> then go:
Settings>Security>SimLock>Network select deactivate this is where you can enter your SPCK code.
You need to phone your network provider for this SPCK code after you have activated this hidden option (7) as shown above.
It will cost you £15 and you will need your phones IMEI number *#06# it will look something like this xxxxxx-01-442788-1-15 not all phones will unlock this way as the network provider has to get this code from LG.
Virgin Mobile : 0845 6000789 or 789
If you decide to go a reputable Mobile Phone shop they will do it for £10 and will take about 1 minute notice that the Virgin Operator will now be T-Mobile for your existing SIM it will still work with your Virgin SIM (I suggest you bin it bad reception and network busy all the time) use either O2 SIM (the best reception) or Orange SIM (for Orange Wednesdays and slightly better reception than you Virgin SIM)
hi you can use codes to unlock your mobile .you can get the codes from this site simpleunlocking here they render the codes for all mobile models along with instructions about how to use the codes in your mobile.
You'll need to remove the battery and locate the sticker with several numbers on it. One will be labeled either an IMEI or an ESN.
Once you have obtained this number, contact the provider the phone was made to be used with (either orange or virgin). Provide them with the IMEI or ESN and they will provide you with the unlocking code.
