Question about Kenmore 25614 / 25615 Progressive Bagged Canister Vacuum
OK. I'm not familiar with this particular vacuum, but I think you've said enough for me to give you some clues. Suction is one thing - air flow is another. If you've got good suction against your hand, then the problem is low air flow, and that's almost certainly caused by a partial blockage somewhere.
Because I don't know the details of this machine I can't guide you on where to look, but I'll bet that if you have a good look through the pipework you'll find something that shouldn't be there! If you can't find anything, and if you've got a second vacuum, you can sometimes dislodge a blockage by sucking air in the reverse direction through the problem machine.
